Returns

WHAT can be returned?
Here at Zoovs.com we care about your satisfaction. Due to the nature of the products we sell they will over time wear due to normal use. However, ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS are returnable for defects in materials and craftsmanship.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Products with defects in either material or craftsmanship must be returned during the first 30 calendar days after shipment.

HOW do customers return items?
You may choose any parcel carrier to return the items UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc. You must include a copy of documentation of the original purchase such as an email confirmation of order or packing invoice sent with purchase.

CREDIT for returns?
Customers will be issued a Gift Certificate for Zoovs.com for the full purchase price including Tax and Original Shipping PLUS the cost of Return Shipping for the troubles of having to return an item.

SHIPPING for returns?
The Customer is responsible for paying the return price for shipping, BUT will be reimbursed for this cost. Make sure the cost of shipping is clearly marked by the shipping company on the package in order to receive credit.
